Artist Statement
Andreanna is skilled at capturing slices of life with everyday people in photographs. Her work tends to cause a viewer to think about what is occurring beyond the four corners of the photograph. Often her work is described as photojournalistic. Unlike most "eye witness" photography however, Andreanna's work is actually well choreographed. Through skilled lighting techniques and her ability to simulate well with her subjects Andreanna is able to direct and choreograph people in a way that makes a moment seem natural or in motion.
